Sales Agents
– We are looking for field / sales agents to market and sell our funeral product to individuals, groups, stokvels or churches in Gauteng and surrounding areas.
– The successful candidate must be self driven, reliable, disciplined and most importantly target driven.
– Successful candidate will do cold calling and generate new sales.
– This is a sales position, and we require an individual who is target driven as there are weekly and monthly targets that one should meet.
Responsibilities
– Close new deals at a high rate
– Build relationships with new customers
– Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
– Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
– Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
– Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
– Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
– Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
– Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Field Team Leader
We are looking for a result-driven field team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of field agents to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team’s potential.
To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
